Drywall Installation & Repair

Holes, cracks, water stains and nail pops patched, sanded and textured so the fix disappears into the wall — plus new board where a wall or ceiling needs hanging from scratch.

Repairs that disappear into the wall

A bad drywall patch is obvious forever — a flat spot under a raking light, a texture that stops in a square, a seam that telegraphs through the paint. The work that makes a repair invisible happens before the paint: cutting back to solid board, backing the opening properly, feathering compound well past the damage, and matching the texture that is already on your wall.

What we handle

Anything from a single anchor hole to a ceiling section opened up after a plumbing leak. If a leak caused the damage, the water source has to be fixed first — we will tell you straight if that is the case rather than closing a wall over an active problem.

New drywall, not just patches

Hanging new board is the same trade in a different order: framing checked for plane, sheets run to break joints in the right places, screws set to depth without breaking paper, corners beaded, then three coats of compound sanded flat. Closing up a wall after other work, boarding out a bonus room or a garage wall, or building the substrate for a feature wall all start here.

How it works

Send a photo when you get in touch. Most drywall jobs can be quoted from a picture and a rough measurement, so you know the price before anyone comes out. Larger repairs get a short on-site look first.

Frequently asked

Can you match my existing wall texture?

Yes. Most homes in the Triangle are finished in smooth, orange peel or knockdown. We match the surrounding texture before priming so the repair does not read as a patch once the wall is painted.

Do you paint after the repair?

We prime every patch. Painting the wall is available as part of the same visit — tell us when you get in touch and we will quote both together.

How long does a typical patch take?

Small holes are usually one visit. Larger cut-outs need compound to dry between coats, so those normally run across two short visits a day apart.

My ceiling has a brown stain. Do I need drywall or a roofer?

Both, in the right order. A stain means water arrived from somewhere, and closing the ceiling before that source is fixed just hides it. We do not do roof work, so we will tell you what we see and let you get the leak sorted first.

How to get a price

  1. 01

    Fill in the form

A sentence about the job and the address we would be coming to. Rough measurements help but are not essential — the address is the part we cannot work without.

  2. 02

    Get a number

Most jobs are priced from the form without anyone driving out. Bigger projects get a short visit first, and the estimate is free either way.

  3. 03

    Pick a time

The price is agreed before any work starts. We work 8am to 8pm, seven days a week, and take urgent jobs when we can.

Free estimate

Tell us what needs doing.

Fill in the form with a sentence about the job and the address. You get a straight price and a real window back, usually the same day you ask.
