Who this is about

DSD Home Solutions LLC, a handyman business operating from Apex, NC and serving surrounding towns. Questions about anything here go todsdhomesolutionsllc@gmail.com or 919-332-0847.

What we collect

Only what you type into the quote form or send us directly: your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property the work is at, the town you are in, the service you are asking about, and your description of the job.

There is no account to create, no newsletter, and no tracking pixel from an advertising network on this site.

What we do with it

We use it to price your job and reply to you. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to marketing companies.

Form submissions are delivered to our email inbox throughResend, an email delivery service, and the message passes through their systems in transit. The site itself is hosted by Vercel, who keep standard server logs including IP addresses for security and abuse prevention.

Your address

The form asks for the full address because that is where the work happens. We use it to price the job and to turn up. It is never published, never sold, and never passed to anyone who is not working on your job.

How long we keep it

Job correspondence stays in our email for as long as it is useful for warranty questions and record-keeping. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies and shows no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to. If analytics are added later, this section will say so and name the tool before it goes live.

Third parties this site touches

• Vercel — hosting and server logs.
• Resend — delivering the quote form to our inbox.
• Google Fonts — the two typefaces this site uses are loaded from Google's servers, which means your browser makes a request to them.
• Google Business Profile — linked from this site, but a separate service with its own policy.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Emaildsdhomesolutionsllc@gmail.com and we will deal with it.

You can also skip the form entirely and simply call us — that leaves nothing on this website at all.

Children

This site is for people arranging work on their homes. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will not quietly start doing something different from what is written here.
